Zigbee timeouts VMware-z2mqtt

Hi all.
I’m using HA installed on VMware which is on windows machine.
Zigbee adapter is conbee ii with z2mqtt (configuration attached)

I’m experiencing many timeouts in random times which solved only after restarting Z2M add-on or restarting the VMware.
Does someone have an idea how to solve it?
Any alternatives to z2mqtt?

How many end-devices, and how many mains-powered devices do you have ?

About 20 end devices all with neutral wire so they should work as repeater
