I have a zigbee usb on my hass.io on rpi3b+.
I also have a Philips hue bridge.
Will this be a big problem living next to each other? Or is diyhue a better option? Is this in anyway possible and will it work with ambilight+hue?

A zigbee stick (either conbee with phoscon or zha, or a CC2531 or similar with zigbee2mqtt or ZHA) can work without problems next to a hue bridge. Just make sure they use different zigbee channels to minimize interference.
Sorry my knowledge is still limited. It’s a cc2531 stick witch zigbee2mqtt. The bridge and zigbee stick are next to each other. Bridge for all my hue lights and the zigbee stick for products like smoke detectors and door sensors.
I didn’t know you could select channels with zigbee.
