Zigbee2MQTT addon cannot start: error undefined

Hi, I’m having trouble getting the add-ons to start for Zigbee2Mqtt

It seems the error is undefined and cannot see anything on the help page that would work?
I’ve tried re-installing the add-on but no luck.

Any ideas where i can start troublshooting next?

Assume you have a conbee2? Have you checked the conbee2 have current FW and that the serial is correct? your setup, is it a RPI or other hardware, or a virtual setup?

Hi, I’m having trouble getting the add-ons to start for Zigbee2Mqtt as well.
I am a noob but I have been using ZHA with Sonoff dongle. It works very well, but I purchased some sensors that required Z2M, the maker suggested Z2M is better.
My log has some additional errors.
Interestingly there is nothing on the Configuration page except this message:
" This add-on does not expose configuration for you to mess with… "

I’m also getting “Error while starting zigbee-herdsman” error.
How do I check if conbee2 has latest firmware?

As some here posted they were using ZHA if you have any other ZigBee setup already configured you can’t also setup Z2M with the same hardware device, a coordinator can’t be simultaneously used by 2 different integrations. As already noted make sure you have confirmed which device is your Conbee stick.

Edit: Also confirm if you’ve set anything in your configuration.yml that might be incorrect and causing Z2M to fail loading.

im havinf the same issue, i did previously have zha, however i delets all the devices than zha itself. Is my sonoff dongle still latched on to zha? how do i check if it it?
