Zigbee2mqtt- broken sonoff co-ordinator- transfer

My sonoff zigbee antenae/chip are damaged beyond repair so zigbee2mqtt will not start.

I will be getting a replacement which may or may not be a sonoff so question 1 is what replacement is suggested for connecting to a HA Yellow in a 10m x 8m 2 storey property plus potentially future zigbee devices in outhouses in a garden that is about 10m in length?

Question 2 is can i transfer my zigbee2mqtt devices across to a new controller without pairing from scratch? I make regular full system backups so should have some form of zigbee2mqtt backup in these. However, as i cannot start zigbee2mqtt successfully due to the broken coordinator, i am not sure i can make a current individual zigbee2mqtt backup.

I would suggest ZBT-2.
Any change will likely require re-pairing. There is a jenky thing you can do with the macID, but that is your call.
