I added an Electrolama zzh CC2652R Stick to my HA Blue. I flashed it with ZHA firmware and it saw my USB stick and I was able to add Zigbee devices. I then found that the Zigbee dimmers need Zigbee2mqtt so concluded that I need to re-flash the stick with the Zigbee2MQTT firmware and start again - am I correct?
No need. From the linked page:
and the radio library for TI CC chips supports the same Z-Stack coordinator firmware as Zigbee2mqtt.
Both ZHA and Zigbee2mqtt use the same firmware on your stick.
I’m not sure i’ve now got the right setup, I can’t find where to add devices that need zigbee2mqtt or do I just add them as before and this time it’ll work (I’m not currently at home)?
Here is where I find myself:
I restored a backup from before I touched Zigbee, started again, installed Mosquito then Zigbee2MQTT and it worked first time
