Zigbee2mqtt devices show wrong battery level icon

I noticed in the device browser that my z-wave devices show a proper battery level in the battery column, but my zigbee devices (through zigbee2mqtt/mosquitto) show just a single full battery? Is this because the column is picking up the wrong entity? Is there a way to change this?

Mine shows the battery level as a percentage figure for all my battery powered zigbee devices; just to the left of the battery icon.

What can you see if you use the Z2M UI - does that show you the battery level icon ?
(Mine shows a battery icon with a reducing shade within the icon itself. If I hover the mouse over it I get a pop-out showing the exact percentage)

Yeah I get the same icon you describe in z2m ui

But not in homeassistant device list
