Zigbee2MQTT does not interview any sensors

Hello - I am new to Zigbee, and I am trying to deploy homeassistant on my raspberry pi 4 (4GB). I bought the SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus to expose a bunch of sensors previous owner of my house used with Xfinity. I have already checked, and they all seem to be compatible with Zigbee2MQTT. I setup Zigbee2MQTT following the official guide, but none of the sensors can be found (for ex. contact sensor). BTW them battery in them is new and they do get detected with other integrations (ZSWave, would prefer Z2M as it exposes battery and temper status, and has more compatibility) What am I missing?

Did you factory-reset the Zigbee devices? Orherwise they will not try to connect

something strange in your post nakulbende
u wrote about 'zswave" but i think you mean z-wave ?
zwave isn’t zigbee

  • use an USB-extension cable
  • use an USB2 port, not a USB3 port
  • try to pair close to the coordinator
