Zigbee2mqtt don't work anymore

Hello everyone,

I have installed zigbee2mqqt for some time now and it worked well, but now suddenly it won’t start anymore.
I have a Conbee II USB stick, the port settings are certainly correct. I keep getting the same error message.

Can anyone help me with this, I really can’t figure it out?

Please don’t post pictures of text. Post the text correctly formatted for the forum.

If you had posted the text I could have searched Google, this forum and the currently open Z2M issues on github for your error message. I can not do this from an image.

You can also do these searches yourself.

As Tom said.

You try to stop Zigbee2MQTT, pull out your dongle, insert it again and restart Zigbee2MQTT

Thanks for your response, so if I understand correctly I always have to remove the dongle and restart zigbee2mqtt. Isn’t there another solution for this?

Not always. When your Conbee gets stuck.

Did you review the linked instructions shown in the error messages?

the problem is that it crashes constantly. By that I mean after every restart and at least 5 times a day!!

  • try a better extension cable
  • flash the latest firmware to your dongle

Thanks for your response, I think I have installed the latest firmware.
This is about a Conbee ii. How can I see which firmware it has?
I installed this for a few weeks: deCONZ_ConBeeII_0x26420700.bin.GCF
