Zigbee2MQTT failure

hi, i have a lot of zigbee devices, automation’s, and so on. Until recently everything worked out fine but lately some of the automation’s (sometimes) don’t work.
I also get a lot of red messages in my Zigbee2MQTT overview.
I don’t know if these are the reason for the devices to not react on a automation like eg motion censored lights.
I’ll put a list of latest popups here. (Don’t see how to put them into a file)
Hope someone can help me because the family is losing their believe in Home assistant

I have a sonfoff dongle E. I upgrade the firmware and switched from EZSP to ember.
This has fixed the issue.

This worked out for me after removing the backup files.
I was a bit confused because the driver still mention EZSP and you manualy have to change this to Ember.

Now see if this solves some of my problems with lightbulbs and sensors which now sometimes don’t work.
