Been running virtualized HA with SMLIGHT for some years now - works ok, but a few issues like some devices are not always responding, can’t really update devices (no proprietary gateway).
I got the idea from different posts that zigbee2mqtt is a better way than ZHA, but my SLZB-06 didn’t seem to support this, so I got the SLZB-MR4U, but I am not sure how to:
configure this to work as a network gateway - and how to migrate from existing zha to zigbee2mqtt without loosing too much existing functions and automation and as easy as possible. First… I have added zigbee2mqtt and mosqito. It is configured (I think correctly), but I do not get pass the onboarding, and the MR4U keeps staying with no connected socket.
Running Home Assistant OS Core 2026.1.0
MR4U on same subnet and I can telnet to the MR4U 172.18.14.103 6638
MR4U is stock from factory, no new firmware available.
Radio 1 [EFR32MG26] Mode Zigbee Coordinator enabled
What am I doing wrong?
