Zigbee2mqtt: Zigbee devices not working reliably (after pairing Ikea ICPSHC24-10EU-IL-2 ?)

I’m using zigbee2mqtt for several devices.

I’m using a CC2652 ZigBee coordinator (CC2652 ZigBee coordinator or OpenThread router from slaesh's iot stuff and other hacks :) on Tindie)

It’s been working pretty well for about 4 years, but recently I’ve been running into issues. I believe the issues started after adding a Ikea ICPSHC24-10EU-IL-2 to the network (I didn’t even know it had Zigbee until I got home and saw the logo on the package  )

At first everything still seemed to be working ok, but I then powered down the ICPSHC24-10EU-IL-2 for a few weeks. When I powered it back on, I could no longer control it from home assistant, I also noticed that several other zigbee devices did not work anymore.

I was unable to delete it from zigbee2mqtt, and could only force delete it. After that action, lots of devices (buttons, sensors) where still not working. After many attempts, I was able to pair it again, but it now shows that the interview is not completed, I can however control it from zigbee2mqtt.

Even now that it is paired again, quite some sensors and buttons do not work properly. When I try to build a map in zigbee2mqtt, I see some errors like these (from devices that are actually working properly)

2024-10-29 17:02:07z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'gordijnWerkkamerErik'
2024-10-29 17:02:33z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'Robbshop zigbee tussenstekker 1'
2024-10-29 17:02:59z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'Robb shop zigbee tussenstekker 2a'
2024-10-29 17:03:25z2m: Failed to execute LQI for 'Ikea lamp kamer Julia'

This is what my network map currently looks like:

Any idea what I can do to get to the cause of the issue? I’m not even sure the IKEA device is the cause of the problem, because the problems persisted even after removing the device form the network.

The zigbee2mqtt log does not show any additional errors.
