ZigStar Silicon Labs FW Flasher: Getting error finding FW GBL

I recently got my Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle-E and was looking at videos regarding flashing the FW.
I found this video as some others have mentioned in this forum already and I believe i followed the steps correctly, however it’s worth mentioning that Bearded Tinker used a Dongle-P vs a Dongle-E which is what I had, hence me having to use the Silicon Labs flasher. It seems me navigating to the correct link for the firmware, I’m getting an error that it’s not valid or correct.

Never mind, I didn’t realize there is a difference between the zip files listed and where to get the GBL files which is in the 2nd half of the video linked.

However it is worth noting I couldn’t get the newest 7.4.4 FW files to work but I could get the 7.4.5 version to work from the link below:
