I have just setup a zoneminder system and added the configuration to Hass including the camera. I can see the still image from the camera in a picture entity card. That updates every few second, but if I select the live view option it just shows a broken image.
In the logs I can see two URLs are shown for the camera, one is a single image url and the other is a jpg stream url. These URLs are correct and if I cut and paste them into a browser I get a single image and a live stream,
I have tried setting ZM to work without a password so auth is not an issue, but that makes no difference either.
Is there a problem with the component, or is it just me
Good to know it works for you, I just wanted to check before I got all the details (as I was not near my computer with access when I posted that).
As it happens it was working this morning, and then a little later it wasn’t, and it is again now. So it seems to be a bit hit and miss.
I have ZoneMinder V 1.34.20 running in docker using the dlandon/zoneminder image (Edit: this is on Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa) on a different machine to HASS)
HASS is 0.114.3 and supervisor 235 running in docker on a RPI 3B+ on Raspbian 9 (Stretch). I don’t actually run anything else on the Pi, and should probably change to running it as HassOS, its just been like this for historical reasons since before HassOS existed.
