Zooz zen 51 and zooz zen 52 home assistant won't exclude nor include. Need ideas/ help

Hello,

Can anyone help me figure out the subject issue? I have put my home assistant pi on wifi so that I can get it and the zwave stick close the the offending zwave devices. This happened after my last usb zwave stick died. I think there is information in the background of home assistant that is keeping them from being able to exclude or include.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all!!

Assuming your devices are Z-Wave Plus or newer then you should leave the HA server in place and pair the device in their final location.
