Zooz Zen16 ZWave parameters incorrect

Seems like there has to be an easy fix. Have a Zooz Zen16 fw 1.4 using latest HA 1and Zwave JS to MQTT integration 6.12 / Zwave database 9.3. My Zen16 only shows 3 options for parameter 4 when there should be 4.

Things I’ve tried:
in Zwave JS to MQTT I’ve selected the device and run the following multiple times
Update Topics
Refresh Values
Re-interview Node

Eh - deleted and readded device and now it gets detected correctly. So dumb you can’t force this without an exclude / include.
