I just "upgraded" to ZEN17 (from ZEN16) because I wanted enhanced reliability for events when my garage doors open/close. I am running ZEN17 2.20 firmware (the latest as of today) and I just heard from their customer support that sensor eventing in LR mode is broken and they will fix in an upcoming firmware version (they recommended to use normal mode for now, which defeats the purpose of the ZEN17 for me). I hope this saves people some troubleshooting time. I wasted a day on this.
