Zooz zst10 stick unrecognized

Okay, got my Zooz stick in the mail today. Stuck it in a USB port. Put zwave: in my configuration.yaml. Rebooted the PI (pi 3b+ running hassos, latest everything) and get this:

I do get a zwave configuration menu item now in configuration but it doesn’t do anything.
Any ideas where I did a duh?

Set the usb_path in the config.

I’m having the same problem. I’m running HA on a virtual machine with windows 10. When going to the hardware tab there are no available devices in the serial section.
