I am now fully plugged into Zwave protcol with door sensors, pir, push button devices and extenders. When it works is great but every say 3-6 months I notice that something fails, either a device or whole network. 100% of the time I can resolve this with a hard reboot of my hassio server.
Is there a way to get automated alerts when there is a failure, I typically find out by chance but should I be scanning devices for state == X and alerting when this happens? Conscious of not generating too many false positives as well.
