Looks like this started around 10/15 for me. I didn’t see it in the release notes but perhaps I just missed it.
Is there an action item I can take that would reduce the frequency of it going into the jammed state?

Using Z-Wave JS UI Addon (option 2 here)
I know things are a bit flaky with zwave devices but I hadn’t seen this sensor before
Any updates on this? I have a similar situation but mine started maybe mid-September. In the process of troubleshooting, I apparently somehow messed up the Aeotec Z-Stick 7 Plus that I had and Aeotec replaced it with a new one. The problem persists for me and I have encountered this with all versions of the firmware from 7.17.2 through 7.19.4.
I use the base ZWave JS for day-to-day and will leverage the ZWave JS UI interface for OTA updates for the controller and system-level configuration settings. Aeotec has offered the idea that the ZWave JS UI installation may be corrupt and is suggested I ‘reinstall’ it but I am wondering if there may be more effective ways to directly troubleshoot the ZWave JS UI install and potentially clear any data that may be corrupt.
Any ideas from anyone? I’ve tried 2 Zooz 800 controllers and no luck. A soft reset on the stick will work for a couple hours but I need to reboot my entire system to get it to last longer than 12 hours.
My issues also started about 2 weeks ago after I updated to the November release.

Thanks. There are a couple of things going on. First, your controller is getting jammed and the recovery is failing, That could be a bug, or you have soft reset disabled so it can’t recover, or it’s truly jammed.
But, what I’d look at first is the excessive traffic coming from Nodes 28, 66, 23 which look like motion sensors. They are sending lots of updates per second which is going to cause issues. See if you can adjust their configuration so they update less frequently.
When this issue starts to happen, it’s not always the same nodes. It seems random, but there is likely a pattern. Below is a after I rebooted and things were acting normally, about 8 hours later. A soft reset only worked for 30 minutes or so, so I rebooted.
