Zwave device responding but unavailable?

I’ve come back from a holiday and noticed that one of my zwave devices (Aeotec multisensor 6) is showing up as unavailable in Home Assistant, but when I look at zwavejs it’s showing up as connected (and I can see updates coming through).

Any thoughts on how to remind HASS that the device exists?


Is the only device in this state, or all of them? If the latter, is the integration connected?

What does the Device page show? The Device diagnostic data might reveal something.

Without knowing more, you could try reloading the integration.

FYI, the device ID in z2m is not private information, there’s no reason to blur it out. It’s how Z-Wave JS knows it’s an AEON Labs MultiSensor 6.
