Zwave devices Turned on after reboot HA

I have multiple zwave devices witth integrated with zwavejs2mqtt.
The two devices below go to the on state after a reboot of home assistant.
I looked in the zware configuration of those devices, but i can not find anything strange.

Device: Fibargroup Double Switch 2 FGS223
Turned on after reboot

This one is turned on by supervisor. What does that mean?

Does anyone know how to find out what triggers this devices to turned on after reboot?

“triggered by action Switch: Turn on” sounds like you have an automation that is turning it on.

The devices never had a automation, on the device info > automations is displayed:
“No automations have been added using this device yet. You can add one by clicking the + button above.”

I cannot find a solution.
Is there a way to check the status after reboot with a delay with a automation?
