ZWave devices turning on randomly

I have over 50 ZWave devices in my setup. A few multi-sensors (temp, humidity, light level, etc.), a tilt sensor on my garage door, two in-wall fan control switches, a few in-wall light switches / dimmers, a few scene controllers, and the rest are controllable plugs.

I get the occasional timeout / lag problems with devices not responding in a timely fashion, but mostly things work as expected. I have a few devices, however, that will randomly turn on even though there is no reason for them to do so. Some examples:

I have a plug that controls a tart warmer. When you turn the plug on, it starts a timer, when the timer expires, the plug turns off. There is no automation to turn the plug on. Sometimes I find this plug turned on and I have been able to determine that it turned on at almost the same time as a handful of lights that are programmed to turn on when the sun sets.

I have a plug that controls an oil-filled radiator in my home office. There is an automation to turn this on every week day at a specific time early in the morning, but it will only trigger if a virtual switch is set to the “ON” position. That virtual switch is controlled through a Google Calendar integration where I set the days when I will be working at home. It -NEVER- will trigger on the weekends, yet I found this plug turned on once on a Saturday.

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and whether there are steps I might be able to take to try and begin to understand why these devices are seemingly responding to commands that are not meant for them.

I have occasional events of ZWave devices going ON or OFF randomly and have no idea why.
