Zwave group associations

Hi, I have successfully set up my first home automation using Home Assistant on RPI.
I am having a problem to group light switches associations. I basically need to create a two way switch for a stair light (to be able to switch on from the bottom of the stairs and switch off from the top). The switches I am using are NEO coolcam light switches (product link below). I would like to have them grouped so that if anything happens to the controller this system will still work.
