I have ZWave JS UI installed with Snap on Ubuntu with a ZStick. I’m getting notifications about once a week that my Kwikset lock is going offline. The error message in the log at the same time that happens is:
the node did not acknowledge the command (zw0204)
It’s done this multiple times this morning. Nothing for the past few days.
I also see that my Door sensors have completely dropped off the dashboard. They are not listed under nodes anymore. I don’t go looking for them often but I feel like that just keeps happening now too. Last time I had the issue with the lock I remember the door sensors were missing too.
What to do? Do I need a new zstick with a larger antenna or something? I already have it on a USB extension far away from all the metal of my server.
