All my Z-wave devices becomes unavailable after a HA reboot and I need to manually restart the add on for them to come alive
Anyone that knows what this can be related to?

I assume this is set to start on boot…
Other than that things may take a bit to start up on boot, and if you really need to you can do an automation with a trigger on homeassistant_start to start the add=on.
Yes the add on is set to start automatically and when it comes to delay I have waited more than 30 minutes and the devices are still “Unavailable”. In the logs I see that updates are being received from sensors with regular poll frequency (like motion sensor) but it seems like the updates are not done for lamps. Can it be something with the MQTT settings that needs to be adjusted?
