Zwave Nodes Keep Dying

I have a Zooz 800 LR GPIO module and 73 nodes with a mixture of meshed and direct connect. I was originally having issues with my Kwikset HC620, but I recently built a Node-Red flow to capture all dead nodes and ping them to bring them back online and I am noticing I get a lot of different nodes that go “dead”. Not sure if this was happening before I started monitoring and is normal, or if something else is going on. Most nodes come back with the immediate ping but I do have a few that will stay dead until I manually trigger them (or trigger them with an Aux switch).

Would appreciate any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and try t

Are they having communication issues. Check for high(in the thousands) failed tx/rx or retransmits. You can individually heal those.

Look at the rx stats for all the devices. You may have some that are sending data too frequently and overwhelming the network.

How do you initiate a break in HA, looked for that in the past?

Thanks

What do you mean?

If you mean heal I think rebuild routes is what ha calls it in ui

Go to device >> 3 dots upper right corner >> device info >> 3 dots right of configure >> Rebuild Routes

I generally use zwavejsui for this
