Zwave only seems to work partially (Kwikset 888)

Setup:

Home Assistant OS
Rpi 4
HUSBZB-1 Zwave/Zigbee Stick
Kwikset 888 (This is my only zwave device, and its within about 20ft of the Rpi)
OpenZwave

What I see:

I can add the node…fine. Some times during the inclusion, I felt the need to operate the lock manually just to make sure it stays awake, but eventually OZWAdmin sees it (some times its like it doesn’t bring in all of the information, other times it does, also, for some reason OZWAdmin doesnt show that the HUSBZB-1 doesnt supprot Zwave Plus?)

However when the device is brought into HA, its again, seems to be, half way brought in.

For example in my Config/Devices Screen, its looks…fine (no battery level)

But, when I look at the Entities for the lock I just have

Unknown: type=0000, id=0000: Locked

And when I manually manipulate the lock, I see no activity in the OZWAdmin.

This is about the 3rd time ive done it, and the best I have gotten, was I got the lock to ‘lock’ once. Wouldn’t unlock, and wouldn’t lock again. It seems like often times, people want an output of the OZW.log? but I am not sure where to find this?

Did you add as secure node?
Did you create secure network key?

Yup! (In OZWAdmin when I went to add the mode, it asked if I wanted to encrypt it, I assume this is the same) and yes I setup a network key in the ozw integration

Any luck on this? I’ve got one of these in my sights for purchase
