I transferred my HA from a PI to Ubunta and having trouble getting zwave working reliable again. It never works a cold start. It only works from a restart. It it is timing thing and if you you do it too soon it doesn’t come up at all or with errors. reboot again and it works after it initializing the devices again (pi was never slow like this).
So far the only solution I have seen is to start over with clean install/ wipe controller/etc but hoping someone has run into this and just not posted a fix.
