Zwave reacting slow under NodeRed

I do run Z-wave Js as addon in Home assistant using the Aeotec Z-stik Gen5+
I use NodeRed for all my automations. I just switched from the nodered addon to nodered docker under Unraid.
I do have 34 zwave devices. From the beginning my automations of zwave are reacting slow.
For example a automation in NodeRed: pir is detected motion do switch light on ->sometimes reacting emediatley sometimes take 30 secs.
This was like this in using NodeRed as addon also, but getting worse in running nodeRed as Docker.

I’m only using unsecured connections
If I manually switch light in HA itself it is responding very fast.
Is there a possibility to speed something up between nodered and HA?
I do not see errors in the log

I just started using Node Red addon - I have 15 devices all series 7 - with a Aeotech 7 stick. Anyway my one and NR automation has the driveway light turn on when the front light is turned on. Worked great a couple of times but - yea - the lag is pretty bad sometimes. I might try to use a HA automation and see if that helps.
