I have a razberry zwave controller for my HA. Trying to set it up for two days. It seems as if there are tons of articles on this and some are outdated, changed or just plain wrong. I got the installation done yesterday and was able to include my aotec 4/1 motion sensor. It said i had 6 entities but one was disabled. I included two light switches and neither of them worked. I restored to the snapshot i made before all of this. Now i have the motion sensor included but is just comes up as a zwave devices with no entity. I have one switch included that is actually working.
I am reading articles indicating the need to customize via the UI but there is no option for that anywhere.
Can anyone help?
Which zwave configuration are you using?
Also, what type (& version) of HA installation?

I am using HA core-2021.3.4. I am using Zwave JS. I installed it as per instructions and the only yaml entry i made was for custom configurations. That was in an effort to to get the motion sensor working.
I prefer using zwavejs2mqtt and a websocket connection to the zwavejs integration. The control panel on zwavejs2mqtt is helpful, in my opinion.
