ZWaveJS can no longer see my ZWave stick

I have Home Assistant OS running on VirtualBox on a machine running Ubuntu. ZWaveJS has been working great for a year. Today it has started to give me this error:

“Failed to open the serial port: Error: No such file or directory, cannot open /dev/ttyUSB0”

None of my devices show up anymore and the ZwaveJS integration says: “Failed to connect: Server disconnected”.

Would anyone be able to spend a few minutes helping me track down the issue? I’m not sure where to start.

Try disconnect the stick and connect it back.
