ZwaveJS missing last seen entity

The last seen info is in the zwaveJS-UI docker container but, not in HA. Please also show this information in HA.

## Proposed change Adds a sensor for a node's `lastSeen` property. This PR ende…d up being bigger than expected because for this property, we need to return a `datetime`, and enabling that required some refactoring, but the majority of the changes are typing related and cosmetic.
