ZwaveJS recognizes Fibaro nodes, but ZWaveJS UI does not

I added some Fibaro devices (Smoke sensors, Key FOB) to my RPI HA setup, and they are rceognized correctly by the ZWaveJS add-on

However, Itried using the ZWaveJS UI to configure some additional settings, (which works, after I stop ZWaveJS addon, so that the UI can grab the port) but I find that ZWaveJS UI only recogbnizes Aeotec nodes (with the correct device IDs etc), but all the Fibaro devices are not recognized (the IDs are all 0x0000 0x0000-0x0000)

I can see the keyfob button presses in the node statistics, but the whole config section stay generic, unlike the Aeotec ones where the config params are actually shown properly

Do I need some additional download to teach it about Fibaro schemas or such?

No, the software and libraries are the same. You need to reinterview the battery powered devices. The results of the interview are stored within zwavejs and/or zwavejs ui and other stuff like last values. As a result switching back and forth is not recommended as you will run into the issues you are seeing as well as others. The best course is to follow one of the guides a migrate over to zwavejsui.

If your devices use security keys you need to copy the security from Z-Wave JS to Z-Wave JS UI. If you don’t it will cause the exact issue you mentioned. If they don’t use security try reinterviewing.
