Sorry to revive this old thread, but I have an issue with my setup and I’m hoping someone has the solution.
I’m trying the above method to integrate my 360 S10 vacuum cleaner.
Everything works great. The buttons make the S10 clean, dock, etc.
But the status from the helper remains on “unknow”.
I just can’t get a status from the cleaner in Home Assistant.
Is there anybody that could point me in the right direction? It must have something to do with the helper…
EDIT:
I managed to find the problem.
I misspelled the helper title and I update the time to /10
This way it updates the status every 10 minutes, instead of every 10th minute of an hour.
