Without a link or a product name, would be hard to tell you.

Looks like it got some good reviews on Aliexpress:

I saw these on Ali, but they seem a bit weaker than hue lightstrip? Will these be enough as main lights?

if you want to replace main lights, you need to get many of those, and make sure you get the RGBW model

i also found 5m OSRAM flex for 75€, this seems brighter? https://www.otto.de/p/osram-lightify-smart-home-flex-rgbw-flex-led-streifen-4-9-meter-594697837/#variationId=594697838

well is the zigbee emitter included? Price is nice and OSram a reputable company, but I think is same light. 24W is the power. The Jiawen 25W

I guess you are right, not sure of lumen output, but I’ve seen philips lightstrip plus and its quite bright. Should I instead go with zigbee controller and random 14,4w/m led strip? Thank you!

Which Zigbee controller works with Hue App?

Jiawen and Osram do (so they claim).

I know only dresden electronic (I bought it l but it’s 60 $ the controller ONLY

yes i also found only dresden controller, it might be pricey, but I really like the look of led strips and philips is around 100€ per 3 metres, so everything else will be cheaper.

Jiawei its 50 and includes the zigbee controller and 5 m strips. If you don’t like the strip you throw them and get other strip (all should work) you still saved 10 Euro.

I’ve ordered one set and will give it a try. Also bought an Rpi, so its gonna be a busy weekend setting up HA. I went to Ikea yesterday and tradfri looks promising, but unfortunately quite limited for now.

So I received the jiawei strip, its working good, but isnt nearly enough bright to be used as main light. I’ll use 2 of these connected to my hue gateway and one of these https://aeotec.com/z-wave-led-light-strip 14W/m - 72W, but I have a question, can I somehow link this light with philips sensor and set the same rules for z wave and philips lights? I’m just getting started, so my questions might be weird:) thanks

Which connector do they have?

Is it possible o use the emitter/receiver with other strips?

I have an installation ready made and was looking to buy a dresden elektronic zigbee controller, but I may get this Jiawei.

Can you post a photo of the connector? YOu got RGB or RGBW?

photo of jiawei or aeotec? I can send you a pic of the jiawei, but I didnt yet buy the aeotec, since I want to know if I can somehow connect them together. It uses: Z-Wave Plus.
Because it’s powered by Aeotec’s Gen5, LED Strip is also built upon the latest Z-Wave: Z-Wave Plus.

the photo of Jiawei led connector and emitter connector

aeotec I am sure is nice with 5000 lumen is a lot of light, but expensive

you may use the Jiawei controller and buy LED somewhere else. Is cheaper option then the Aeotec. And you still have 5m LED you can resell, or use for other projects where lumen is less important

I will, once I get home from work. Aeotec is waaay cheaper on ebay, only around 100€, but you get a lot more for your money. Jiawei led controller is only 24w, surelly i cant drive stronger led strip with it, can i?
