Anyone experiencing an issue where the integration just stops working and every time i even try to login to the original android app they are presenting me with the page that they are upgrading the SSO and i have to change the password. And changing it btings me to the same page
Create another ConnectLife account and share appliance with it. Then use only the second account for HA
âŚcheck the router date and time, in my case, the recurrent disconnection of the AirConditioner has depended on this.
Once I input the right date and time in the apropriate section of the router it never happened again.
Thanks omw, the integration is working just great for the split aircon in my workshop!
I can now set a schedule on workdays to turn it on if we are generating solar in excess and the workshop temperature is above or below a theshold ![]()
Hi I just got started with HA (have a lot of other smart home stuff before) and wanted to see if I could get my ASKO dishwasher to work with HA. I found this thread and it looks promising but I havenât tried it yet.
However before I found this my HA installation found a Tuya device, and since I donât have a Tuya device I got curious. Googling Tuya and ASKO it seems that ASKO refers to âTuya IoT platformâ So I suspect that HA found my ASKO Dishwasher and thinks itâs a Tuya device ![]()
Has anyone else seen this and is there a way to use this as it seems that then it would be direct connection and not cloud based.
For clarity, ASKO uses the Connect life app.
Emailed Connectlife support last week about an api, their response wasâŚ
I received a feedback from our developers team.
Home Assistance will be available in April.
yes, Asko uses ConnectLife app and cloud and best unofficial integration is GitHub - oyvindwe/connectlife-ha: ConnectLife integration for Home Assistant
Thanks to all the developers for your work on the Hisense / Connectlife integrations!
I just want to note for anyone searching for info (as I was) that the Pioneer âHyperfomanceâ mini-split heat pumps (WYF-25 series) are apparently rebadged Hisense units, and therefore work perfectly with with the ConnectLife integration. This is distinct from other Pioneer models (WYT/WYS) that use the Midea integration.
Specific model tested: Pioneer Hyperformance 9,000 BTU (WYF009GHFI25RH-16), identified in the ConnectLife integration as hardware 009-104. The only functions missing compared to the remote are the horizontal swing mode control (also not on the ConnectLife app), and the timer settings (which of course can/should be done through HA anyway).
they keep saying soon, they dont want to make a HA api
They already had it opened, but it got abused by badly written integrations and for that reason they are making something robust and documented⌠But that takes time and resources because of the very high variety of different appliances that are using ConnectLife cloud
2025, I donât see any API or official integration but I may be wrong
The control panel and remote control are simple and intuitive. The Hisense portable air conditioner operates at a low sound so that you can sleep soundly while keeping cool. There are a few casting Merlot Red Wine protocols available but these can vary depending on whether youâre an Android or iOS user. On this page: Types of casting and mirroring. There are often problems with uniformity and color accuracy, and their TVs have more bugs and quirks than models from name brands.
Hello, Iâm new to Home Assistant and just added Connectlife intergration. Why so many entities for a Hisense washing machine?
Update: no real updates.
Article from this month:
âHisense has announced that its ConnectLife platform will soon work with third-party devices by using Googleâs home APIs. This move means that people with smart home products from different brands will be able to control and monitor them through the ConnectLife app. Hisense says this update will be ready later in 2025, and it is expected to help users manage more gadgets in one place.â
Because the device exposes them. You can hide or disable those you donât care about.
I guess we are still waiting?
Iâve tried two integrations so far, neither of which work, but Iâm sure itâs probably something Iâve missed.
I have the bilan add on installed with MQTT (needed that for govee lights that donât work yet) and the MQTT broker. It doesnât see my AC. Maybe it needs the MQTT info? I had read that would be copied automatically and I donât see that it has. And Iâm not sure where to find that ip address unless itâs the same one my HAOS is running on. I donât have it in docker. Docker is something I havenât been able to get working ever. So I have it running in a vm.
Anyway, I tried to install this one: GitHub - oyvindwe/connectlife-ha: ConnectLife integration for Home Assistant
But that isnât recognized as a repository
Same with this one: GitHub - oyvindwe/connectlife-ha: ConnectLife integration for Home Assistant
Any help is appreciated. I have a portable standing hisense that I bought because it had a wifi module in it.
@Jediknight36 - I just installed it five minutes ago successfully. Added the custom repository on the HACS page-- I pasted this exact repository âoyvindwe/connectlife-haâ (not a URL), seareched for ConnectLife in HACS, hit Download, then over to Devices and Settings to add the device.
Iâve been following this thread for quite some time now.
I have a hood from ATAG which can be connected to Wi-Fi and the ConnectLife cloud.
I really want to connect it to Home Assistant, but without needing the internet/cloud for that. I want a solution that is just local.
I see two options for that.
- Reverse engineer the remote control, which seems to be very hard
- Connect to the hood via Wi-Fi with a local API, not the public API
Anyone who has been able to do something like this?
Iâve found this:
I hope itâs usefull and iâm not breaking any rules with my (frst) post
Hey, I have also been struggling as I am very new here. Any chance you could show screen shots of the process you went through. I am also getting the âNot a recognized repositoryâ
