Add support for Vehicle Classification in Unifi Protect integration

I would love to be able to take advantage of the advanced feature set that was implemented for Unifi Protect devices (cameras) and distinguish between different types of vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles), but most importantly detect vehicle colors (Vehicle Color Classification).

I’m referring also to Unifi Protect New Animal Detections where a similar enhancement was implemented for Animal Detections in HA 2024.7

It’s quite annoying getting “vehicle” detections every time a bike goes by on the sidewalk.
