Great! I figured out how to install and get the Vaillant vSmart to “work”. The only problem is that the thermostat widget does absolutely nothing, if I change the temperature it always stays the same…

Is HWB toggle button working for you? I was using it very rare in the past and I know it was working with some delay. It seems it doesnt work at all now. My HA is 2025.4.3 and vSmart 0.11.0. Does anyone have similar problems?

It seems I am encountering a problem with the integration.
After updating the plugin and HA, my HA can only read values of the vailliant thermostat. It cannot modify them anymore.

I saw a related issue (Not able to update vSmart entities from HA · Issue #413 · MislavMandaric/home-assistant-vaillant-vsmart · GitHub) but it seems that is patched already. Did I miss something?

Hello, I’ve observed the same issue. “The winter is coming” so I’ve turned on my heater and I cannot change temp anymore…
