Additional USB-Hardrive mounting like Network Storage

Hello,

I want to request a very useful function!
To mount a USB-Drive to my homeassistant and to use it as a storage extension, for example. There is a way to integrate a NAS or to move you´re installtion to a new drive. But not an easy way to just plug a USB-Drive in and use it. There are some old workarounds on the forum, but none of them worked for me and I think its time to integrate it directly to homeassistant!

Duplicate solved many times before.

When you add new stuff, look in the suggestions the forum gives you to see if you have a duplicate.

Yeah found this but that didn´t worked for me at all. Tried to mount the Hard Drive but it told me it didn´t know the format “NTFS” and i tried it with EXFAT as well, no success. Also the script didn´t work. And also why not integrate it directly to homeassistant. For me that´s a simple core feature and would make a lot of users happy, if it just workes out of the Box.

I am running several instances of it.
Follow the directions carefully, including the file format.

I have, i think it has to do with the linux kernel, because it doesnt know NTFS or EXFAT either but i dont know how to fix that
