I just purchased one of these things on aliexpress -

I see several videos on youtrube on how to do this but they are not very well done. Anyone have one they have used that was done clearly?

I thought the documentation was well done and once you have the device flashed with a USB cable and the web installer you really don’t even need the documentation if your setup is simple because the UI on the device is actually pretty well done also. And if your meter is complicated to read, a YouTube video isn’t going to help you anyway.

Suffice to say I never watched a YouTube video about it.

I kept banging away at it and it is done (I discuss it here when I was asking a different (related) question). You are right the documentation is the clearest way to do it!
