Air-q integration, make UPDATE_INTERVAL configurable

Air-q devices have the ability to report data in real time and the integration seems to limit that already to 10s. So far, cool. But my database is getting swamped like that.

Is it possible to make UPDATE_INTERVAL configurable from the GUI?

It is extremely unlikely that it will be implemented.

It was made slightly more difficult than entering a number in a GUI on purpose. This way it is less likely that owners of public APIs will complain to HA management that their users are abusing the service by polling it every second (this did happen, more than once).
