Hello.
Same issue here.
The solution by @kolia temporary fix the issue for me.
Hello,
I have also an Aritech ATS Alarm and i would like to know how do you access tho this web platform ?
Did you find a way to get more info about the alarm on HA? I would like to know at least when the alarm is armed or not.
Thanks
Any news about api integration?
There should be some integration with Jeedom and Ajax. And you can connect Jeedom with homeassistant. For the time being a solution?
@P90 , @lucaxxaa and @kolia
Seems to be a widespread issue, most definitely related to Ajax Hub firmware update.
What Iāve noticed is the addition of multiple fields for SIA per network interface. Iāve also forced both primary and secondary IPs to be the same one.
Cheers,

For unavailable of state, this operation for me is right only for one day.
I wrote Ajax and they checked remotely my alarm system.
Ajax say that is a hub firmware bug (2.19.0), that will be correct on 9/3/2024 with new release.
I have the 2.19.1 already. Is it working with the Connect on Demand setting now?
I am testing itā¦ I hopeā¦
I too now have the same issue on 2.19.1 but with the new ajax app I cannot find the monitoring station setup
Edit: for those looking for it, it is under āSecurity Companiesā
I also earlier had the same issue. I reinstalled the SIA integration and in integration setup changed ping intervall to 10 minutes.
Integration has been working fine ever since. Ajax hub still has connect on demand enabled and I didnāt turn hub off/on during the setup.
Hello.
Any updates on this project?
HA updated OS to 12.1 and after restart Ajax status was again unknow. So, looks like longer integration status ping interval did not fully fix the issue Disabled connect on demand, seems to workā¦
I assume you are aware that SIA will remain unknown after a restart until the state of the alarm changes? If it shows unknown trying arming and disarming it.
Looks like alarm status was updated without arming/disarming but water leak detector always needs āwaterleakā to update its status. I also have Ajax smoke detectors and those have been unknown for a long time, havenāt updated their status with smoke. Ajax control panel does show their status properly.
For Sia random disconnection I think to heave resolved problem.
I set in my router redirect of TPC sia Port Number, to ip hub.
Guys, any updates regarding API support?
I was at e recent event where the owner answered questions. One of them was a local API option which maybe a solution for end of the year. Till that moment only the current api is possible.
Hello to everyone . I am building my house and trying to make it smart from scratch so I am mainly considering Ajax as a security system . After reading lots of comments here I wanted to ask if after adding the ajax door sensors to HA will I be able to trigger automations in disarmed mode when Iām home such as when the door opens the lights or the blinds open etc ? Any other security system recommendations if itās not possible to do that ? Thanks
to my knowledge, as of now, open status will be broadcasted only in armed mode, unless the sensor is set to always active but it will drain the battery much faster which is not really an option. If you are building house from scratch, you may consider wired door sensors that are also supported by Ajax. However I donāt know whether opened/closed status is reported when alarm is disarmed
