Hi All
When I type this line as per the update instructions it asks for a password for the homeassistant account???
“sudo su -s /bin/bash homeassistant”
I did set a password for Home Assistant eg the one that opens the log on screen when using a tablet/ phone etc.
Stuck so can someone throw a bit of light on this one for me.

The update procedure is different for installs before December 2016.
This note explains it all
If you deployed Home Assistant via the AiO installer prior to December 2016, replace sudo su -s /bin/bash homeassistant with sudo su -s /bin/bash hass and source /srv/homeassistant/homeassistant_venv/bin/activate with source /srv/hass/hass_venv/bin/activate
