Alternative to Tuya ZigBee Human Presence Sensor ZY-M100

Can anyone recommend a mains voltage through ceiling mounted zigbee presence detector as an alterative to the Tuya Z-M100 preferably with MMwave. I cannot guarantee to get the older L version of this detector and don’t want to risk breaking my zigbee network.
I have found the Moes ZT3L (in the manual ZSS-QY-HP online. Is this a different model with different characteristics?
I need to replace a non smart PIR with a zigbee one so must fit in the same cut out. I just need it to control the lights and fan when someone is in the shower room.

If you don’t find one you can always build or purchase esphome one. I found it much better then off the shelf ones.
You can find interesting products on https://www.tindie.com/
it is not cheap as Chinese versions but people tend to put their effort in making really good and quality products.

Thanks @ddaniel The thing is it will be visible and I don’t want a diy solution.

But you are using diy solution commonly know as home assistant.

Check this thread on the forum: On a quest to find the "perfect" mmWave device, there are quite a few options compared there.

What I meant is I don’t want an ESP board in a plastic box stuck on the wall. I have a circular hole in the ceiling where my non smart PIR detector is so I need something of the same design to put back in the hole.
Anyway HomeAssistant is far from DIY having come from Smartthings :joy:

I like my diy devices and I don’t care if some thinks they are ugly.
I build it my self with a case that cost 0.5 US and I’m proud of it.

If anyone things they are ugly I can show them a mirror.
