Another Looking Glass Zwave JS Failing to connect

Ok this is pretty much the same say https://community.home-assistant.io/t/zwave-js-failing-to-connect/491336/15. I a using the Z-wave JS add on and tried to install the Z-Wave integration making sure I DID NOT check the block to use the supervisor add on. The default

ws;//localhost:3000.

gives me a failed to connect

The link post say that . ws: //a0d7b954-zwavejs2mqtt :3000 is the absolute solution but just gets me another failed to connect`. The post says looks deep in the documentation. No luck

I am running HA OS 11.2.
HA Core 2023.12.3
on a linux virtual machine under Virtual Box on Mac OS.
Any thoughts would be appreciate…

Thanks for the edit… I given up on this and went back to the standard iteration and add -on. The control panel would her been nice especially for updating my wave dongle but guess it is above my skill level
