Arduino Ethernet Sketch

I’m looking for a sketch that will connect an Arduino with Ethernet shield to HA, please.

I’ve tried searching the forums, but not having much luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can do this by using mqtt you just have to create your device yourself
