Arlec FL052HA Security Flood Light

Hey guys! I have this Arlec spotlight I really want to get going with ESPHome however its revision 0721.

Im not sure if the tuya-convert project is dead or not, but I see that last update on their github page is from 3 years ago, so im certainly assuming this will not work for this light.

Is there any way to flash this with ESPhome? Or are there any other ways to integrate this light on my network where internet is not available?
