Automate Clean Build Files and Install

Anyone who’s been using ESPHOME for a few months or more has more than likely discovered the Clean Build Files method of returning a device to its proper working state. The next step towards making this routine chore disappear completely would be to automate it with a simple action

Action: EspHome: Clean Build & Install
Set Device/Entity

Secondary to this marvellous new feature would be to automatically remove the old ESPHOME build files from the cache when a new build gets triggered. This would reduce the backup footprints substantially and remove another tedious chore from that list.
