Is there a way to automate a reload for a HAC?
The reason is, that one of the HACs failed after some time and needs reloading.
What do you mean by a HAC?
Reload one of the integration that is from Home Assistant Community Store.
A HAC would be a Community for HA 
The Store has many things, including lovelace cards, templates, themes or appdeamons. So an integration, not an addon or anything else?
