Blueprint for making sure I didn't forget the grill on

Recently I got concered about the possibility of my outdoor grill being forgotten about while lit. Trying to reduce the fire hazard I looked for a way to easily integrate a sensor into HA for ease of use.
Using my Inkbird 4 probe thermometer and an ESP32 with ESP Home integration I got the data in HA and all that was left is to monitor the data.

I’ve adjusted the excellent Blueprint for monitoring appliances operation, so that it fits my need to monitor 4 temperature probes that I have in my grill.
